| メッセージ | 外国語を学ぶプロセスは、人それぞれ異なります。私は、学習者の認知的能力、意欲や粘り強さといった志向的特性、そして感情的要因といった個人差に注目し、誰もが自分らしく学びを深められるような個別最適化された学習のあり方を研究・実践しています。授業では、ディスカッションやプレゼンテーションなどのアクティブ・ラーニングを積極的に取り入れ、知識を「使える力」に変えることを目指しています。自分の考えを言葉にし、他者と共有する中で、語学力だけでなく、自分を信じる力やコミュニケーション力も育んでいきましょう。一人ひとりの違いを大切にしながら、共に学び合える環境で皆さんをお待ちしています。 |
